Bug#879074: libopenshot: FTBFS on arm64: several tests report discrepancies

Builds of libopenshot for arm64 have been failing with errors in the
tests FFmpegReader_Check_Video_File, ImageWriter_Test_Gif, and
Timeline_Check_Two_Track_Video, as detailed at

There are a total of 21 individual errors, in all cases of a value
being somewhat greater than expected, and a bunch of warnings, mostly
along the lines of

  [swscaler @ 0xffff64384ad0] No accelerated colorspace conversion found from yuv420p to rgba.

The report for line 122 of Timeline_Tests.cpp reports the actual value
as a control character rather than a number, presumably because the
variable being checked has type char (or a variant thereof).
