Bug#874726: inkscape: inkscappe - dependency problem

Dear Maintainer,

in debin/testing since several weeks there is a dependency problem. Inkscape is rumbling with gnuradio, so, if I want install inkscape, it wants to deinstall all the gnuradio stuff. 

I believe (but I can not prove this)  this is just a problem with a version of a single library, which might be easy to be fixed by the repo masters. Maybe both libs can be installed side by side without any problems, or the dependency problem can be fixed in another way.


At the moment, inkscape is not installable without losing gnuradio and its libs. Note: gnuradio libs are also used for gqrx, so I suppose, to fix inkscape will be easier.
