Hi,

As mentioned in README.Debian,, modern Intel GPUs require non-free
shaders. You need to to use the i965-va-driver-shaders package from
non-free instead.

It would be nice if using the wrong package lead to warnings instead of
GPU hangs, but I don't know how easy that would be to implement.
