future of collada2gltf/o3dgc?

Hi,

I once pushed packaging of OpenCOLLADA and collada2gltf (and for that
one o3dgc and rapidjson) for LibreOffice being able to "import"/render
COLLADA.

This feature has been removed with LibreOffice 6.0, and that one is now
in testing. The TDF library for glTF is already orphaned: #889677)

Now, OpenCOLLADA is supposedly needed for blender so it probably should
stay, but what about collada2gltf? Is there anybody of Debian Multimedia
(where it was added to, same as o3dgc) interested in it? Or should we
just remove it?

(Note: keeping collada2gltf blocks updating rapidjson to 1.1.0 which
ttbomk blocks other stuff. In any case we should go from 0.12 to 1.1.0
anyways.)
