Bug#890114: smplayer: update_desktop_launcher patch breaks translations

Please remove debian/patches/04_update_desktop_launcher.patch. It breaks
translations (they are no longer applied to the [Desktop Entry] section)
and on top of that this patch is only important for Unity, which is not
available in Debian.
