just for the record:
because you actually contacted te Debian packaging team (and it seems
that the Ubuntu packages just take the Debian package as is; so you
contacted the right entity), the URL should read:

  https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/openshot-qt


also if you are having stability issues, please file bugs (if they
haven't been filed already).
