Since upstream [1] lists OGG support and it's explicitly disabled in
the Debian package, I think it's helpful for users to put a remark in
the package description. My first thought was to put alternatives into
the list of suggested packages. Though, since the alternative
suggestions are in the context of temporarily disabled OGG support, I
refrained from adding the suggests field. That just were my thoughts.
