Please update soundconverter for Debian 9 stable

Hello, I am using XFCE+some GNOME applications on Debian 9 stable, I
have to convert large collection of audio files to opus and I don't
want to use MP3 or oga.

There is a bug in the currently version of soundconverter in Debian 9
for convert to opus:

newer versions of soundconverter have solved this bug, so please update
this package.
