lsp-plugins and PulseEffects

Hello Debian Multimedia Maintainers, I have two questions. First, can 
you please package lsp-plugins http://lsp-plug.in/ ? They are needed for 
PulseEffects https://github.com/wwmm/pulseeffects . It does work without 
lsp-plugins, but some effects are disabled.

Second, can someone please have a look at 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=881224 and 
https://mentors.debian.net/package/pulseeffects and maybe become a 
sponsor to push this package to Debian?
