Dear maintainers,

I needed some features in jack-keyboard but all projects seem to be
abandoned, so I cloned the most recent one and did a couple of changes:

     New keyboard widget design utilizing Cairo
     Display pressed keys
     Display velocity
     New controller "modulation"
     New controller "pitch bend"
     New panic button
     New layout
     New dark GTK style
     New icon
     use autoconfig

Probably you're interested in a new version. If so I would update the
version number to e.g. 2.8.0.
