Bug#458206: no playback

I'm not sure this is the same bug, but at least it is similar.

I've decided to copy some cassettes using an USB deck, so I try to use
Audacity without any previous experience with the program and generally
with no experience in sound processing.

Unfortunately I have no sound on the playback independently of the
playback device chosen.  I have 5 options:

HDA Intel HDMI: 0 (hw:0,3)
HDA Intel HDMI: 1 (hw:0,7)
HDA Intel PCH: AL270 Analog (hw:1,0)
HDA Intel PCH: AL270 Digital (hw:1,1)
hdmi
default

On the other hand the sound control panel shows:

HDMI / DisplayPort 2 - Build-in Audio
Digital Output (S/PDIF) - Built-in Audio
Speakers - Built-in Audio

For information, on the same computer on Windows 10 Audacity works
without problems, the playback choice are (in Polish):

Mapowanie dźwięku ... [Sound mapping?]
Głośniki (Realtek High ...) [build-in loudspeakers, this is ViVoPC)
Realtek Digital Output
BenQ... (my monitor on DP port)
