Bug#896473: faustworks FTBFS with Qt 5.10

The attached patch fixes the FTBFS.
The problem was that the original Makefile was invoked at the beginning
during dh_autoclean, and not the generated one from qmake.
I changed the override_dh_auto_clean to manually clean the remaining
files.
