Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that taopm could not be built reproducibly.

This is because you no longer autoreconf the package in:

  https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/taopm/commit/f80fe09463bb06f93026aa1ac05e58b47d04bc00#8756c63497c8dc39f7773438edf53b220c773f67_7_7

.. so the patch is not actually applied in a meaningful sense. Please
revert the autoreconf change if possible.
