Audacity 2.4.1 package: missing files

Hi,

I'm writing to inquire about the current status of the Audacity package.

I'm using Ubuntu Studio 18.04. Audacity 2.4.1-0build2~ubuntu18.04 is
installed.

Several of the items in the "Effect" menu are missing from this
installation. For example, in the source tree, there
is ./plug-ins/highpass.ny -- but there is no highpass.ny anywhere
under /usr (where all the other Audacity package files were installed).

AFAICS this entire directory (and maybe others? I'm not sure) is
missing from the packaged installation.

Has this been reported before? Are there plans to fix it in the near
future?
