I couldn't find the info I was looking for, but I think I got the
package into a good state.  It has been awaiting sponsorship for a whole
month, and at this point I feel like it's not going to get into the NEW
queue with enough time to meet the bullseye freeze deadline.

If possible, would you please sponsor Hydrogen at Bug #976113?
