Processed (with 8 errors): 2nd attempt to unarchive & reopen autoclosed -rm bugs

Dear Team,

Apologies for the noise!  TIL learned it's better to use control at b.d.o
to batch unarchive and reopen bugs; however, I'm not sure why the
iterating over a list with "bts unarchive $bug" didn't unarchive
everything in the list...  Did I send the "bts reopen $bug" series too
soon afterwards?  That doesn't seem to be a problem when using
control at b.d.o directly...or maybe "reopen" breaks unarchiving in a way
"found" doesn't?

Ah well, it was a learning experience!
