avw.lv2 build-depends on the "python" binary package which is no longer built by the "python-defaults" source package.
In unstable it is present as a cruft package but said cruft package is uninstallable due to strictly versioned depdencies.
In testing it is gone completely. Either way your build-dependencies are unsatisfiable.

If you *really* need to stick with python2, you can build-depend on python2 instead and fix any python invocations to
invoke that instead of the unversioned python. Ideally though you should be moving to python 3.
