Dear Maintainer,

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/rtirq reports wrong website for package.
rncbc.org/jack does not exist.

Correct home page is rncbc.org/ (autofwds to rncbc.org/drupal).

Package is over 5 years out of date. Debian version is 20150216-2.1; current
version is 20210113 with important updates and fixes.

This is important because it is a central component of low latency digital
audio workstations, and works in conjunction with the -lowlatency kernel line.
