New version 1.16.2-2 of libheif available for upload

Hi all,

there is a new version of the libheif packaging on Salsa (not tagged as
Debian package release yet):
https://salsa.debian.org/multimedia-team/libheif

For reference, the source package is available at
https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/libh/libheif/libheif_1.16.2-2.dsc

Could somebody please review my changes and upload the new package if
everything is fine?
