No, I was not referring to that one. I am referring to a custom
external ui extension here:
http://kxstudio.sourceforge.net/ns/lv2ext/lv2_external_ui.h

I need this one: http://kxstudio.sourceforge.net/ns/lv2ext/lv2_programs.h

The "existing" lv2 headers I need are from version svn917 as I am using
some of the latest features of lv2.

I have attached a diff between the svn917 version of lv2 and the headers
I am using in zam-plugins 3.1

The tweaks to the headers can be summarised as follows:

(12:45:16) falktx: 1. extra support for clang deprecated
(12:45:30) falktx: 2. always use const in atom when possible
(12:45:42) falktx: 3. add missing extern "C"
(12:46:02) falktx: and some minor stuff to silence warnings on c++

Would it be possible to allow me to bundle these headers into these
plugins as it already builds correctly, otherwise I might have to wait
until lv2 svn917 is accepted into the repos, plus the tweaks, which may
take a long time?

Hi Damien,

just for completeness can you also elaborate embedded LADSPA, dssi and vestige please?

To me it looks like at least ladspa is not needed to be embedded.
