</span>I hope that abbreviation "GPL" refers to "GNU Public License".<br>
<br>
I hope it is version 2 of said license, and that it is the "...or newer"<br>
variant of the license.<br>
<br>
But that is all wishfull thinking on my part - and I am not the<br>
copyright holder so can only hope or be sloppy and risk problems later,<br>
which Debian try hard to avoid!<br>

For GPL licensing, please pretty please use the exact phrases<br>
recommended by the GNU project, which is written at the bottom of the<br>
licensing text itself:<br>
