[debian-mysql] Separated trunk and sid-5.0 branch

Hi,

I just separated trunk from the sid-5.0 branch, affected are the
directories /trunk, which now contains 5.0.51-1 and /branches/sid-5.0,
which contains 5.0.45-5 and will get security updates until we upload
5.0.51-1 to unstable.

I hope the BTS won't explode because of the mistake I did while copying
around the directories...
