[debian-mysql] Sinhala script (Sri Lanka) collation patch

Hi,

There's a patch that adds Sinhala script (Sri Lanka) collation to MySQL
that is queued for inclusion in MySQL 5.2 (5.1 is frozen):

I was wondering whether there's any chance for this non-intrusive patch
to be included in the Debian MySQL package.
