[debian-mysql] MySQL 5.1.22rc-1 in experimental - please test

Hello

Yesterday I've uploaded 5.1.22 to experimental. The new libmysqlclient16
compiles and works with the PHP, Python, Java, Perl and C++ API packages
so it can be uploaded to unstable soon.
