[debian-mysql] Bug#510177: mysql-server-5.0: mysql succeptible to leap second problems

According to the MySQL manual, versions prior to 5.0.74 are succeptible to a bug with leap seconds that could cause exported data to not import properly.  This is in section 9.7.2 of the MySQL 5.0 ref docs.  The next leap second is scheduled for Dec 31 2008.
