[debian-mysql] Bug#484012: mysql-server-5.0: Starting MySQL produces errors in SQL syntax.

I thing error is in /usr/share/mysql/debian-start.inc.sh,
which produces sql syntax with table names whitout ` ` quotes,
which generates errors for tables contaning for e.g. '-'.

I changed this file to:
