Hello,

I would like to know when MySQL 5.1 is going to arrive at unstable. MySQL 5.1
is considered stable by MySQL AB from now on.

I'm a maintainer of Amarok in Debian. Currently Amarok 2, which I really want
to upload to unstable ASAP, depends on MySQL Embedded 5.1 and bug #508406 [1].
I'm afraid MySQLe will be the only blocker for Amarok 2 soon so it is really
important for me to know your plans. It would be unfortunate if I had to
resort to similar hacks like ubuntu did by bundling mysql 5.1 sources with
amarok source package or something similar (hrrrrrr). At very least, I ask you
to fix #508406 ASAP. It has a tested patch attached.
