[debian-mysql] Support for MySQL 5.0 and 5.1

I think this is the way we go, mostly because I'm quite the only one
working on the MySQL packages in Debian at the moment (in my spare time
mostly), and I'm currently more interested in getting mysql-cluster
packages into Debian.

Supporting both 5.0 and 5.1 would be great indeed, but I personally
never had a situation where I needed two different releases installed on
one machine, so it's a quite low-prio item on my personal TODO list.
