[debian-mysql] MySQL 5.1 in unstable and 5.4 to experimental?

Hi

I fixed almost all of the remaining todo items that were in the
README.Maintainer file so that Norbert can upload the current svn
version to experimental after reviewing my changes.

As the library soname version changed from 15 to 16 I guess we have to
coordinate an upload to unstable with the release team. Is
libmysqlclient16 already on the waiting list, Norbert?

Meanwhile there are a lot of open bugs that must also be fixed before
uploading to unstable...
