Hello

I've browsed through all MySQL bugs with severity important and higher
and added a couple of Closed: lines to the 5.1 changelog.

Some older bugs were closed immediately as they were quite old and
usually showed no signs of progress during the last month.

The current blockers for an upload to unstable are:
* Should libmysqlclient.so.16 be an symlink to the _r.so version?
* Schedule coordinated libmysqlclient migration with RMs
