[debian-mysql] Bug#545760: mysql-dfsg-5.1: Don't upgrade if there is an ndb management node configured

In Ubuntu, we've applied the attached patch to achieve the following:

   * Don't upgrade if there is an ndb management node configured. 
     (LP: #413792).
