Package: mysql-server-5.0
Version: 5.0.51a-24+lenny3
Severity: important
Mysql bug 40264:
When query caching is enabled, large amounts of queries are sent to the
server in succession, and a query is aborted, the query cache is put
into a state which hangs indefinitely the next time that query is
executed.
http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=40264
Query caching is enabled by default and this problem could strike at any
time, causing mysterious and possibly serious failures. Would you
consider applying the simple patch to the Debian package?
