[debian-mysql] Bug#585756: mysql-server: debian-sys-maint user missing SHOW VIEW privilege

The debian-sys-maint mysql user created in the postinst scripts of the
mysql-server package is missing the SHOW VIEW privilege.  This prevents
the user from performing certain dump operations which are useful for
scripting cronned mysql backups from replication slaves.
