[debian-mysql] Bug#570816: dpkg --purge mysql-server-5.0 after upgrading to 5.1 stops new server

Hi Norbert et al,

I just got hit by this bug. Could you please consider fixing it for the next 
stable point release?

The bug should probably be fixed by dropping the code that stops the server in 
postrm entirely. prerm already takes care of stopping the server.
