[debian-mysql] I'am receiving a libmysqlclient error and would like an opinion if possible

as to what might be the cause and if there is a resolution to this problem.

The error from my dmesg:
[4466727.294447] php5[8890]: segfault at 875b998 ip b6b5e924 sp bf9e2fac error 7 in libmysqlclient_r.so.16.0.0[b6b1b000+45000]
I just restarted apache and this is what appeared in dmesg:
[4467274.385685] apache2[21141]: segfault at b676bed1 ip b646a92f sp bf8184a8 error 7 in libmysqlclient_r.so.16.0.0[b6427000+45000]
