Norbert and I have been working on packaging 5.5 for Ubuntu and
Debian. The copyright file needed some review, as 5.5 has to be uploaded
as a "NEW" package and there are a lot of ambiguities.

Stay tuned, it should hopefully hit experimental soon, and then a
transition will need to be started for all libmysqlclient rdepends.
