[debian-mysql] Bug#651002: mysql-5.5: FTBFS on hurd-i386

Hi,

currently[1], mysql-5.5 fails to build on GNU/Hurd.

The problem, fixed by the attached patch, is the lack of a GNU.cmake
file setting important flags for compiler and linker.
