[debian-mysql] Squeeze Backport first test WAS: FTBFS mysql-5.5 on squeeze

after disabling the test-suite I was able to build a version that is
installable on squeeze.
Maybe someone might find it useful.
I did not test any upgrade procedure from 5.x > 5.5
Hopefully I'll find the time to do so.
