Not really. That's a single deb that contains everything (similar to how
they package their binary tarballs and rpms) Unless you have an Oracle
support contract which requires you to use binaries released by them, I
can see no reason to use those... the debs produced by the MySQL
packaging team for debian are much more flexible and are put together in
conformance with Debian policy.
Thanks for bringing it up/pointing it out though!
