[debian-mysql] Bug#610977: Problem on mysql-common upgrade

Hi,

After upgrade mysql-common package from 5.0.51a-24+lenny4 to  
5.0.51a-24+lenny5 the directory /etc/mysql/conf.d was deleted and  
mysqld fail on start.
