[debian-mysql] MySQL 5.5 packages for Ubuntu...

Hey everybody,

I went ahead and pounded out the beginnings of MySQL 5.5 packages for
Ubuntu. Sorry if this submarines anyone else's attempts or ignores
already done work. I think I poked Norbert on IRC about this a couple of
months ago, but I may not have been clear that I was going forward with
the effort.

This is still *very* raw and needs a lot of cleanup before it will be
ready for Debian and Ubuntu.

Known issues:

* libmysqlclient is not built as a shared lib, mysql client is static
* questionable distribution of plugins
* EXCEPTION-CLIENTS has disappeared. Nothing seems to have replaced it,
so I'm not sure how to handle the client linking issues.

Anyway, I figured maybe you guys might be interested in taking a look:

To build packages:

try 

bzr branch lp:~clint-fewbar/ubuntu/natty/mysql-5.1/mysql-5.5-packaging
cd mysql-5.5-packaging
bzr builddeb
