[debian-mysql] Bug#631709: mysql-server-core-5.1: executable should be in bin, not sbin

Package: mysql-server-core-5.1
Version: 5.1.57-3
Severity: minor

The file /usr/sbin/mysqld should be placed in /usr/bin
instead, since it can also be executed by normal users
(see akonadi), so it's placing is wrong.
