Oh, ok I found a draft of an init.d script in
/usr/share/mysql/mysqld_multi.server but it lacks the dependencies
header and also refers to "usr/local", not exactly a drop-in
replacement for mysql :)

Also "mysqld_multi --example" provide an example config file...
