[debian-mysql] Bug#545741: root user

I have been able to confirm this by

1.) going inside a schroot
2.) chmod 755 /tmp
3.) installing mysql-5.5 etc.

The log file is attached. However I note that the restrictive 
permissions leaked outside the chroot. Since Debian is clearly not meant 
have a /tmp where only root can create or delete files, I suspect that 
this is rather a bug in the VPS.

However before I mark this "wontfix" I think it is worthy of some more 
investigation. I wonder if the files being created should rather be in 
/run for example.
