[debian-mysql] mysql workbench

Technically wouldnt pulling from a PPA be easier? In the sense the major part of the work is done in regards to packaging, and it might need a tweak here or there in regards to getting it to conform with debian requirements and thats it? isnt thats whats being done with mysql 5.5 its being pulled from ubuntu 12.04 and migrated to debian and transitioned that way?
