Of course they do: most of them have been ditched during the upgrade
from 5.1 where they were complete. I went back to the old bug reports,
restored the associated file, and took care of the trivial unfuzzy (e.g.
s/5\.1/5.5/g)

Feel free to ask for advice on -l10n-english for the review, lots of
people will be happy to help, with experience of other packages.

Maybe a bit late for the review, but if you plan to upload mysql-5.5,
fixing some of the existing PO files as proposed in this bug report
would be an improvement wrt the current status (since all eight
languages aiming to be 100 % translated are fine in this package, I
won't insist anyway).
