while dooing some work on mysql-5.6 I've found two new issues

I'm still not happy with my current bootstrap script.. :-(

currently:
run mysql_install_db
start mysqld
manually update root passwords
manually create debian-sys-maint user
stop mysqld

/etc/init.d/mysql start (which currently is not able to detach the 
process from its parent shell :()
