[debian-mysql] Review request for latest changes in MySQL 5.6 source

Hi,

I would like to request a review on my recent set of changes as listed 
below:

1) Changed the mirror location in debian/watch because existing mirror 
has not yet synced the latest MySQL 5.6.15 packages.
2) Incremented the version number to get in line with latest MySQL 5.6 
release earlier this month.
3) Removed mysql_install_db script from postinst and placed smaller 
shell commands to create the root user accounts directly. This removes 
anonymous access when a fresh MySQL 5.6 server is installed.

The patch is attached along with this mail for review. Please let me 
know if you have any comments on this patch.
