[debian-mysql] Bug#712498: mysql-server: Use delaycompress and notifempty for logrotate

Package: mysql-server
Version: 5.5.31+dfsg-0+wheezy1
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

Logrotate isn't called with the delaycompress and notifempty options. Shouldn't it be?
Without delaycompress MySQL could still be writing to the log while it's being compressed, causing errors like "
/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
gzip: stdin: file size changed while zipping"

Greetings,

Olaf
