These are already meta packages built by the mysql-5.5 source package.
If something else wants to Provide mysql-server and Break mysql-server-5.5
(since it would listen on port 3306 presumably), thats fine and I welcome
that sort of thing for the cases where something has a Recommends:
mysql-server.
